Azure Data Factory Not Loading

Hi Everyone,

I have tried different browser's(chrome,edge,firefox) ,allow cookies,clear cache etc, I am still getting stuck at loading screen for Azure data Factory
does anyone knows how to load it.

Thanks for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum and sorry for your experience.

In the past we have seen few customers reporting similar issue and after clearing browsers cache and restarting the browser the issue is auto resolved. But if you see this issue even after clearing and restarting the browser, we recommend filing a support ticket if you have a support plan. And in case if you don't have a support plan, please let me know here so that we can check on alternate options.

Hello @Anonymous ,

As per the latest updates on the support case, seems the issue is specific to your machine/device and when you used another machine/device you were able to access the portal without any issues.

We faced the same issue , in our case it was a reverse proxy config issue which was failing to load.
Kindly check same at your end , Cross check with your network or IT security team.

If your organization has set up a network policy then ADF should be added to that policy / proxy

Can you share a snap of the screen that appears when you try to access ADF

Ok, you need to raise this with your Infra or IT Team and they need to check the proxy configuration for ADF once
