Office 2019 for Home and Business - lags so much as to make it useless

Since the Windows 10 update in mid-July of this year, Office 2019 has felt the impact of the errors in said update.

To this day - 12 September - there have been no repairs to what made Word and Outlook lag so frequently the programs are all but unusable.

Uninstalling and reinstalling have not improved anything.

What is the solution here, and thank you.

    Please provide the detail version number of Windows 10 and Office 2019.
    Did you get any error message about this problem?
    I suggest you try to open in safe mode and check the result.
