Hi,

I have disabled a device from my Microsoft account settings by mistake and now I am unable to use my account on that device. It asks me to contact administrator to re-enable the device. The error code is 2CAA20003. I have attached the screenshot of the error window that shows all the details. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

    Hello @Bilal Mushtaq

You will need to contact your IT administrator and they will need to re-enable your device in endpoint manager.

    1) They need to go to https://endpoint.microsoft.com/ > Users > Find your name > Click your name

    2) Under Manage click Devices > Select the Device Name that is disabled > Enable.

You can find your device name (to provide to your administrator) by going to the Windows Start Menu > Type in "About Your PC" > Under Device Specifications it says Device Name
