Hi All,

I have recently been working with sharepoint. Our org chart is showing organization-chart-ui.organizationStrings.directReports where it once said direct reports. Anyone ever had this issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I faced the same issue 2 days ago and can't figure out if it is a bug or something else, because I didn't changed anything in Azure, SharePoint or the Organizational Chart.

Such a huge relief that people are also having this issue and able to replicate it. Thanks for your reply and I will try what Mr. Tong Zhang suggested to send in a new service request.

Hello,

According to my research and testing , I reproduced the issue and here is my test result:

To help you better, I suggest you can create a new service request ,and more professional will help you.
(admin center ->> Support ->> New service request)

I can confirm seeing this in several tenants as well. Rather than submit a support ticket, from the Service Health blade in the M365 Admin center, I submitted a "Report and issue". Be another alternative to have more people do this as well and get the attention of MS engineers. Thanks!

Just got off the phone with Microsoft. They are aware of this issue and are working on a solution.

"The issue is now a known issue, observed to be affecting other organizations, and the team are working to fix it

Please note that this issue will be resolved as soon as possible."

Microsoft has created an official advisory SP403815 for this issue as 7/22/2022 and they are investigating. Below is a summary of the ticket. Hopefully they will resolve soon.

My issue looks a bit different, I have a admin who come up with a report? but she has no-one reporting to her??

This isn't the same issue I was having my issue was resolved. You may have to send support a request to review it if you have checked your AD and it shows no one reporting to her.
