Hi,

I have all the permissions needed but I cannot see the shared connection so I cannot even connect to it in Report Builder as others can/or other previous reports uploaded to SSRS are.
However, I can connect to our data source in Studio and database.

Our IT cannot find what is the issue. Can you please provide any ideas why I cannot even see it?

Thanks,
Barbora

    Hi @Barbora Morina ,

    cannot see the shared connection

Please first check that you have connect to the correct report server which has the data source.

Also double check if you have permission to access the shared data source in the report server. Make sure the account that you used in Report Builder has the full permission.

    Regards,

    Zoe
