Unable to save an MS Teams connector

99.9% of the time when I click the save button when adding my connector to a channel I get an error of type HttpAntiForgeryException when the MS Teams client calls the https://outlook.office.com/connectors/ConnectToO365Inline/Manage/UpdateAsync endpoint.
Has anyone else experienced this error?
The code is not exactly complex.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

We are able to save the built-in Webhooks connector. Our connector allows the user to click a button which submits the webhook info to an AJAX endpoint against a token, and then opens a new window passing in the token so that the user can associate the details with an account from our software (SwipedOn). The user will then return to teams and click the save button which will send an AJAX request confirming that the process is complete. It is at this point we call the
notifySuccess()function to complete the process. This will cause MS Teams will call theUpdateAsyncendpoint which 99% of the time returns anHttpAntiForgeryException. -

2022-08-22T07:37:56.47+00:00 @Rebecca - Is this scoped only to Sideloaded connectors? Engineering team cannot repro for published connectors like Incoming webhook. Can you also share any test app manifest that we can sideload for testing?
