workflow blank upon clicking on edit workflow

Question

I am trying to open 2016 site in 2013 designer
some workflows are opening and some are showing blank as per the below screenshot

and designer version is below

and I tried below steps, installed below 2

1. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53389 ( 64 bit)
2. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53389 ( SP 1 for Desinger 2013) I have installed 64 bit in both first and second steps
3. cleared the designer cache

above 3 steps did not work out. Please help where I am doing wrong?

You could try to install SharePoint Cumulative Updates in SharePoint 2016.

Please the following steps:

1.Download the SharePoint Cumulative Updates: KB 4484506

2.Install the Cumulative Updates
Run as administrator to install KB 4484506. The update will take a few minutes, depending on your server capabilities.

3.Run SharePoint Products and Configuration Wizard
You can refer to this article SharePoint Server: Products Configuration Wizard

If not, you could uninstall the SharePoint Designer 2013 and re-install it.
