Adding TLS_ECDHE protocols to Server 12R2

Greetings,

I have a Microsoft server 12R2, which appears to have all the most recent patches.

I require :
TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256
TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384

On this system, but they do not appear to available for Server 12R2.

Are they likely to be release as an update? Are there other ways of adding them onto the server?

@Angus L , To better assist you on this issue/ since you have posted the question on azure-webapps tag, are you leveraging Azure App Service WebApp? or just referring to your onprem Windows Server machine?

Azure App Service is a fully managed platform as a service (PaaS) offering for developers.

If you're referring to App Service: App Service being a PaaS (Platform as a Service) offering takes care of the infra with latest security updates, OS patches and so on.
App Service applies monthly updates to the resources, making sure our customers’ code is always running on the most recent security patches and OS versions available.
