I am unable to create bulk users using csv file in azure ad or adb2c.
The doc above says there is a create bulk user option which doesnt show for me

When it comes to the Bulk create operation for users, can you ensure that you're in an Azure AD Organization/Tenant, and not a B2C tenant when trying to bulk create users? As of right now, the Bulk create users operation is only available in Azure Active Directory within an Azure AD tenant. For more info.

Make sure you have the right perms, otherwise it will be greyed out
Per that doc:
In order to bulk create users in the administration portal, you must be signed in as a Global administrator or User administrator.
Hi Andy,
I am a Global Admin
I have access to the page, I have bulk invite delete and download users
can you post a picture of that?
Same issue if you try a different browser or incognito? Log off and logon again, etc...
Can other Global Admins check as well what they see?
