Not Received my AZ-400 Certificate even after clearing the exam

Hi team ,
I havnt received the az-400 certification and not showing in the portal ,as I have cleared it a week ago ,and I have cleared the prerequisite exam as well 6 months back. Azure administrator and azure developer..
Please do not make it further delay and let me know the current progress and till what date I can get and for for what reason its been delayed that much .

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
