We have a user trying to sign up with that email but he is reporting us that he is receiving that error: "The claims for verification control have not been verified"
I couldn't reproduce it with other similar email.
Can you help me? what can be the cause and the solution?

I have found a bug that suggests this issue could be due to a combination of mouse and keyboard input. For example pasting the code in via the mouse and clicking enter on the keyboard.
Using Application Insights should verify this, or at least help you diagnose the issue.
