Microsoft Authentificator-Backup Deleted?

Question

Well, I have activated the backup of the microsoft authenticator app and format my cell phone, thinking of recovering the backup, (I have already done this several times)
And when trying to load the backup, it just told me that there was none. (I made sure that it was activated)
The only change that I think could have caused it is that I deactivated from my microsoft account that it asked me for codes. I think it could have been that and that's why my backup no longer exists, but I don't know for sure, I also think that if it was because of that, they should specify it.
Please I need help to recover those codes, I can not access my account from a platform, which has denied me to delete the code to enter.
Please do not send me generic answers, I appreciate the help but I already spent 2 hours talking to an employee on live chat.
