How do i use a USB web cam with an HP T520 thin client and a Windows 11 Azure VM.

Hello.
I am testing moving my employees to Microsoft Azure VM's. Every thing is going good but for one major problem. Web Cams do not work.
I have tried three different cameras and all three work fine on a standard PC. I have tested on two HP T520 thin client devices. The cameras work on the local client hardware.
The problem is when i RDP to the Azure VM the windows 11 desktop and open the application "Camera" it says there is no camera present.
The camera does show in the Device Manger of the Thin client but does not show in the Windows 11 PRO VM device manager.
In the RDP settings under Local Resources and the "More" button all items are checked.
USB flash drives connected to the Thin client do not show up as well.

Please help.
