i was trying to found out how to prevent my mouse cursor from constantly disappearing out the blue so i went to device manager to take a look but i accidently deleted instead, any way to get it back?
From the Action menu Scan for hardware changes and the connect devices should reappear.

nothing is there, just seems to be gone completely, is there any other way to get it back?
What exactly was deleted? What isn't working now? Might check the hardware manufacturer's site for a driver download.

here are all the devices but i still cant find mice and other pointing devices, i even went through all of them to try to find a way to get it back but no luck
May depend on how the device connects. For example mine connects via bluetooth
Manufacturer and model number of the device might help, otherwise we're guessing here.
ah turns out all i had to do was give it a good old restart, false alarm! thank you regardless!
