Problem while adding certification on Microsoft portal

After adding the work account and merging it I am unable to add Certification, tried on different browser and cleared cache cookies as well, no luck

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. You can request help with profile update / linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
