An Azure relational database service.
Hey unfortunately it is a service issue and you can track it in service health in Azure portal
Cannot connect to xxxxx.database.windows.net.

Database 'master' on server 'xxxx.database.windows.net' is not currently available. Please retry the connection later.
thats the recommended solution by azure..
they say, it will get auto-resolved in few mins.. it has been more than half-hour..
isnt this the basic support that my server should not be down.. and if its down, they should give proper support for this?

2022-07-21T06:40:09.127+00:00 I have been with for Microsoft Azure for over 10 years.. and i am ok to take support if i cannot manage.
But, if the server itself is not available for "not any of my reasons", and at that critical moment, they ask you to upgrade the plan to resolve my issue.. this is inhuman.
I want stable, reliable SQL server availability.. can you not ensure?
