Microsoft Authenticator Infinite Loop

Hello,

As a result of a problem on my computer, Microsoft Teams asked me to re-enter my Microsoft username and password. When logging into my Microsoft account, it was asking me to confirm from the Microsoft Authenticator app on my phone. But I uninstalled this Microsoft Authenticator app a few days ago. When I reinstall it today, I cannot verify in this application. MS Authenticator App on my phone also requests same verification like in my computer. It looks like some kind of loop.

Hi @Mehmet Tugay Kuru ,

I think, when you uninstall MS Authenticator from your phone you lost your account info as well. Now you need to ask your IT Admin to reset your MFA to be able to register again. Below link provides all the details:
