Azure is down

Hello, what was the reason of the fact that all azure services were down today? Databases, Function Apps, Websites. It has huge impact on the business.

    There is a service issue reported at WEST EUROPE region for SQL Server services.
    Workaround: Customers are advised to fail over to other regions, if possible.
