Print dialogbox not working after Windows 10 2004 update KB4566785

Hi,

There are users unable to print PDF file from SAP after the Windows 10 security update KB4566785 on their laptop last August.

When user tried to click the print button from PDF preview in SAP, nothing happens and print dialog box is not appearing. Issue is being experience only by some users who have updated their windows to KB4566785.

Is this a known issue for this Windows update this July and August? I don't find any articles.

    Hello,

    Try uninstalling the update or use System Restore point to restore the OS to earlier date, see if it helps.
