Cannot read "Workday" exported excel file in SYNAPSE Workspace (copy activity)

This is strange, I am able to read excel files created locally using excel program but client provided excel file exported from "WORKDAY" fails to load in SYANPSE workspace, Copy Activity (pipeline). Below is the error we see:

Could you please share the excel file with us that was downloaded from "Workday" application? Please mask any personal data with some dummy values.

2022-07-21T20:40:36.707+00:00 That's the strange part the moment I edit that file in anyway it starts working. Sharing that file won't help because the reason I mask any personal data it will work. I noticed after editing the file even if there is no significant change in the sheet it adds few KB from file size perspective and then it works.

2022-07-22T16:02:57.287+00:00 No, its not fixed. Sorry if it appeared that way. Infact that's the problem, I am working on automating this report and I don't want to manually edit excel file provided by client. Syanpse's "Copy Activity" should load excel file without any editing.
