From the screen shot, I have noticed that it is an online app. Please understand that online app installations are managed by the store.
- Please make sure that you can access to the Microsoft store in the target device. If you disable access to the Store on managed devices (either manually, via policy or Group Policy), Online licensed apps will fail to install.
- Please check if the status shows "active" in Tenant admin > Connectors and tokens > Microsoft Store for Business in intune portal.
If it is still in install pending, please try to deploy an offline one.
