Hello there, this is new thing, after re-installed Visual Studio and
when I click on "Create a New Project" all my options are gone!!
Only previous projects show up, instead of console, desktop, dll, etc.
How can I fix this?

Hello, which version of Visual Studio are you using?
You can click on “Install more tools and features” and go to Visual Studio Installer.
Please check if the relevant workloads are installed or not.
I did a test and let Windows 10 to ZIP the files.
Then use InstallCleanup to remove everything.
Make sure no traces & reboot the computer.
Unzip the files, do the installation and everything is working FINE!!
So the problem was that Power ISO damaged some files or folders.
