Error "Access is denied (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)" when uploading documents to SharePoint Online

Hi, I am hoping someone can assist as to why this is happening.

I have a user with full control on a site and that filters down to the folders as well. This has not happened before but only now when the user tries to upload a document, they get a "Access is denied (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)" . Other users, myself included can upload the same document to the same folder without an issue. It is only this one user account and I am unsure as to what we can do to prevent this error?

Please check following tips to troubleshoot the issue.

1.Check whether the folder has unique permissions, and the user has permission for the folder.
2.Let the user upload a document into other folders or other document libraries, compare the results.
3.Try to remove the user and re-add the user into list permissions.
