Azure: Log Analytics Workspace - have access to "New custom log (DCR-based)"

Hello,

I am not able to access to the feature "New custom log (DCR-based)" in Log Analytics Workspace. I know this is a preview feature and I have to enable it in my subscription. I already enabled all the preview features in my subscription.
What have I missed?

Does the "Learn More" link provide any useful information? Usually, private preview releases have a feature flag URL to activate. The documentation suggests that this should be public preview soon. I do not have the feature flag link.

I will ask around but normally you need to join a preview program to get the link. Maybe I can at least find an ETA on the public release.

I have to do use this feature and integrates it with other solution, so the doc itself is not enough.
If you have the link to join the preview program, I will appreciate it.
