If you are locked out of your account, there are two options for getting back in:
1) Have another global admin reset your settings to let you back in. If you don't have your phone number anymore and need to sign in with a different method, you can have the global IT admin of your organization tenant disable the MFA or set up a different method for you.
2) Otherwise, if you are the only global admin on the account, you need to reach out to the Azure Data Protection team, and they can let you back in. This is the number for the Azure Data Protection team: 866-807-5850
Also check if you can get in via myaccount.microsoft.com or aka.ms/mfasetup
