Teams folder isn't syncing properly

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

Our Folder in Teams isn't syncing properly.

This is for the Teams Desktop App, that’s not syncing properly with OneDrive.

One of our user is the one with the issue. She had no problem yesterday, but when she got to the office that’s when her folder was missing. I’m seeing there was a nationwide Teams outage last night. Might this have had something to do with it?

    I’m seeing there was a nationwide Teams outage last night. Might this have had something to do with it?

    Do you mean this issue happened during the Teams outage?

    Is this issue also happened in Teams web client?

    If the user do not have any operations. you could try to sync it manually by following these article's steps.
