Unable to install Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable X64

It is pretty weird,but I'm able to install the X86 version,but Visual Studio 2022 needs X64 version,and I'm unable to install it.
The following screenshots are showing what is happened when I'm trying to install the X64 version.

Can you confirm that the vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi file exists in C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{EECDD137-13DA-46ED-ADA0-BDF7F8E65B8}v14.28.29913\packages\vcRuntimeMinimum_amd64?

Please also make sure that you have access to the location that mentioned in error message. You can right-click the folder > Properties > Security > Edit > and assign the permissions(like Full control ) for the user account that you are using.

Besides, I think you can also try to right-click the .msi file and click to run as administrator. This troubleshooter may be helpful for you to uninstall/reinstall this package.

The folder looks doesn't exist,but troubleshooter do help me to uninstall Visual C++ 2019 X64 which cause my problem,and now I can install Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable X64

I have the same Problem, accept for me the troubleshooter doesnt work...

How I deal with this problem is to use Uninstall Tool or other software that can uninstall software as well as delete the software's registry.

In my opinion, the cause of this problem is that a user uninstalls software by manually deleting the file of software, rather than using the software's uninstall.exe or control panel, which let the software's registry (or other trash idk) left undeleted and letting this problem happened.

In my case, I uninstalled the previous version of Visual Studio by manually deleting the VS file. When I wanted to install VS again, the Windows Installer thought the software still exist, but couldn't find the software file, so the problem happened.
