How do I apply the lexicon to all text files?

I have created a lexicon file and have added words to it. However, when I apply that lexicon file to the text files the words that are not underlined in orange are not changes. Example: boulangerie (a French word) is mispronounced in English. I changed the pronunciation on the first one and that underlines in orange and then added it to the lexicon file. I waited the 15 mins that it takes to apply the changes. However, all the other boulangerie in the same file and in other files are still mispronounced.

For example, I have BTW as "By the way" in my lexicon file and when I have added the reference of the file in the editor it ensures all the occurrences of shortforms are fully pronounced. Is this what you are looking for?

2022-07-26T11:56:08.94+00:00 @Gil In which region is your speech resource created? I have been trying to replicate the issue, but my resource or studio recognizes newer words that are added to the lexicon file.
I think this might be region specific where it is failing to recognize the lexicon file. -

2022-07-26T13:24:38.863+00:00 In which region is the speech resource created or what is the mapping in the studio? You can lookup the top right corner of the browser in your studio to check the current region.
Also, which browser are you using? I am using edge and the lexicon file got applied when I used Sara's voice in my SSML.

2022-07-27T13:11:11.63+00:00 I have tested this scenario by using my resource from East US with the lexicon file and it worked as expected. I have reached out internally to check if there is any known issue with the studio and lexicon files, if there is any information required regarding your subscription or resource, I will reach out to you for details.
