Creating Credentials on Azure

I'm trying to create credentials with a class provided by Adobe and am unsure about how to do this once my code is on the server. Here is the code Adobe provides.

1) The class builds credentials from a json file (next picture)

2) The JSON file includes several ids, a secret, and an address to another file, an (rsa?) .key file (next picture)

3) The (RSA?) file

Working with these files locally is easy enough... but how would I write the code to call these files once on the server? Also, how do I store these files securely?
