After I install visual studio 2022 my windows freeze for sometimes in some work for example when I'm browsing in the web or watching stream on youtube or netfilix move fps goes down and it lags I'm playing minecraft my fps goes down suddenly and I cheked my cpu usage was not so high unlike it was so little

2022-07-23T22:44:13.003+00:00 and I should say i reinstall windows last time i had this issue But I did not remember that this happened to my Windows after installing Visual Studio Now I understand that the last time I encountered this problem was after installing Visual Studio.

Was there any VS process running in the background when your Windows OS freezed(you can check this in Windows Task Manager)? Besides, does rebooting your machine work?
