microsoft azure certificate issue

I completed my exam through certiport and I passed the exam. But no certificate is showing up on my profile/ dashboard. I even got a email regarding me receiving the certificate. The dashboard says connect a certificate profile because I have used my work account. Yet I am not able to download my certificate. It would be great if you could help me out with this issue.
