For attachment, there is no additional fees.

For Azure Machine Learning side pricing, it depends on your setting/ saving options/ ..., I would highly recommend you to estimate the price by Azure Calculator, you can add both Databrick and Machine Learning with more details - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/calculator/
