My window now only shows a blue screen 'Choose an option' after converting my d drive to mbr

I was dual booting my laptop with windows and linux. But now i don't want to use that linux operating system anymore so I use the answer of this question to reconfigure my disk D. But after restarting my computer, i'm stuck with this blue screen, all options are dead end. Can any one help me to solve this problem ?

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to Deleting Linux from dual boot.

    probably you need to repair Bootloader using below command

    bcdedit /set "{bootmgr}" path \efi\microsoft\boot\bootmgfw.efi
