There are different reasons for the error 0Xa0000400. The most common are:

• Incompatibility with virtualization software intalled. If you are using VirtualBox, DOSBox, VMWare of similar please uninstall and try again.
• Try offline instalation using Media Creation Tool from: https:// www. microsoft. com/software-download/windows11 (Select Create Windows 11 Installation Media)
• If you are upgrading from Windows 10, please ensure that the licensing allows this upgrade (For example LTSC/LTSB licensing wont allow the Upgrade). You can view your current licensing channel running "SLMGR.vbs /dlv" from DOS
