Cumalative Updates

Question

Hi I have bought a new computer and need to install Cumulative Update for Windows 11. Do I need to download Updates 2022 04 and 06 before I download 022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5015814)?

You should use Windows Update to bring your Windows 11 installation up to date. This will take into account any prerequisites for the updates.

Cumulative updates contain all previous updates, so may download it first.
It is actually up to you.
In case you want to quickly install updates, you may install them and install the cumulative update later.
However, if you have time, you may install the cumulative update.
Take a note that even after installing cumulative update, you still need to check for update to download and install other updates.
