Reset problem

My Windows10 ran slow so i decided to reset it...i tried 4 times but failed. Message shown to me was "there is a probelm while resetting, no changes made". I ran command prompt as admin and entered sfc /scannow. Got a corrupted file that my windows resources protection file is corrupted also I tried windows powershell repair again failed..! Help me to get a complete reset on windows 10
