Why is there a delay in Teams Live Event

Microsoft Teams live event has 15 to 60 second delay from the time a media stream is broadcast to when attendees see it. Unfortunately it did not provide such options for users to adjust the delay of Live Event now. As a workaround, you could make someone who don't want to have delay to become a presenter.
