After change IP remote desktop license no longer working

I need change the ip of my NIC

After did this, i realized that i lost my license of remote desktop users.

so i returned to my old IP and the license was recovered.

How should i do this?

    Thanks @Anonymous ! But i did what you suggested and don't work.

    My problem is with the license after changing IP,
    As you can see in the picture my license is related with the old IP and don't recognize when i change.
