We are looking for a user-friendly, non techy solution to manage the content on our Intranet pages in Sharepoint by our non technical business stakeholders. So for example, an HR consultant is responsible for the text on medical leave but she only knows how to maintain Word documents... aspx is abracadabra to her.

Ideally we would like to keep the sources as Word documents in Sharepoint for access control and version control. And have the content of the Word documents converted to aspx pages. But we are open for other solutions in same kind of manner. We have a setup structure of themes, sub-themes and paragraphs. Our technical staff maintains the structure and the stakeholders manage the information in the paragraphs.

Hooe there is kind of a standard solution for this, our knowledge is stops here and we are looking for some advice

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Ron Alflen
Commonly, this action is not sanely. (HTML created by Word is horrific and has to be almost completely rewritten to modern web standards: it doesn't save any time, but rather adds time.) It would be faster for you to create the aspx page manually, using the Word file as your user interface requirements document.

You may try the web part page or site page in SharePoint as you have a setup structure of themes, sub-themes and paragraphs. You could add appropriate web parts as you need to the two pages.
