POP3 Modern Authentication

Hello,
We use some (old) applications fetching Exchange 365 emails using POP3.
For the past few days, connections to 365 mailboxes in POP have been rejected (I thought it was planned for October 1st).
It seems there is an OAuth 2.0 mechanism to connect to the POP mailbox, with a specific Token.
But I don't understand the mechanism:
- Which URL to use to collect emails (outlook.office365.com ???)
- How to generate the connection token?
Note: we cannot modify the code of these applications (the new APIs will not be useful to us).
Do you have a tutorial for this new type of connection?

You could take a look at the process it shared, and it mentioned that: The long-term solution is to move to the Outlook Graph API to access mailboxes. This uses the same registered app approach with different permissions, but it’s more functional. And anyway, app developers will have to embrace the Graph sooner or later to send email via SMTP. The SMTP AUTH protocol is a current exception to Microsoft’s effort to remove basic authentication for email connectivity, but that exception won’t last forever.

I already configured the Basic Authentication (Set-AuthenticationPolicy -Identity <Policy Name> -AllowBasicAuthPop -AllowBasicAuthImap), and it worked during 3 days...
It seems there is another problem now...
I just want to implement the Modern Authentication for POP3, but I cannot find any simple and concrete explanation.
But we cannot modify anything in the application itself (no API).Our old applications just need 4 parameters :
- POP server (which one - outlook.office365.com or another ?)

- Encryption (SSL - TLS)
- Email address
- Password, Token or anything similar
Where can I find a step-by-step procedure to configure this new authentication ?
