when open the word in pages, the Chinese characters display well.

1. On mac, make sure Office has East Asian language features enabled: turn-on-east-asian-language-features-in-office-for-mac
2. Make sure you mac Set Chinese as office language or system language: mac
3. To ensure that these fonts are working properly, please verify the fonts on your mac font book to see the results: mac
