There is a Windows 2019 server file server and there are folders for users which are named with the user himself. For example we use a folder for Michael called michael and give full control to the Michaels AD user michael folder. And from the users windows 10 boxes we map the file server like to Y. But although we give the user full control, the user cannot create/see file/folder. What can be the problem and fix?

You have to grant the user access to both the share and the files/folder. Here is an example of share permissions. Click on the Security tab to review the folder permissions. In the Security tab you can also click on the Advanced button, and then on the Effective Access tab and analyze Michael's access to the share and folders.

İ gave both share and security permissions. Even i changed the owner of the folder with that user ( the others users folders are owned by administrator and they are able to read/write on them).
