Azure Blob Storage soft delete and Azure CLI

What functionality does soft-delete limit for programmability? I recall it may limit CLI functionality

Soft-delete for blob storage does not limit the Azure CLI functionality and you can use it to enable, manage and restore the same, please find more details/steps here- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/blobs/soft-delete-blob-enable?tabs=azure-CLI

However, soft-delete for Azure Backup limits the functionality of Azure CLI which can be referred here- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-security-feature-cloud#can-soft-delete-operations-be-performed-in-powershell-or-cli
