Solution: do check if the TLS 1.0 is blocked in the PC, if so it will not allow you to install / proceed further. Export and delete the folder "Client" and re-run the setup
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.0\Client

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Please check the error log for details about the issue so that we could do more analysis.

Have you installed the Visual Studio successfully?

    Regards,

    Zoe
