Hi Team,

Recently I came across a strange issue, while browsing a wsdl file, I am currently working on loaner machine in my organisation. However while working on one of the applications I found that I am unable to browse one of the SOAP service endpoints, whenever I try to browse a SOAP endpoint I get a popup asking me to select the user certificate.

However when I did ask my other collegues to open the endpoint it never asked them for selecting certificate and has no issues in loading the wsdl on the browser.

So I beleive there might be some problem specific to my laptop, I did connect with certificate team but they mentioned there is no problem with certificate.

    Hi there,

Can you share the error message or screenshot of the issue?

I would also suggest you check if any event ID is generated when the pop-up appears. Have you tried contacting SOAP support regarding this ?

Here is a link that has some additional troubleshooting steps which you can try and see if helps in overcoming your issue
