Getting error while creating production checkpoint "Checkpoint operation failed, Production Checkpoints cannot be created"

Hi,

If you see this error, try changing the checkpoint type to standard checkpoints:

Open VM settings.
Click Checkpoints in the Management section.
Change the type of checkpoint by selecting the appropriate option (change Production checkpoints to Standard checkpoints)

It's also worth checking if this is happening to a specific VM or all of them. If all VMs can't create check points, please try restarting VMMS.

Also, please check that there is sufficient storage space for the checkpoints to be created.
