Can i reschedule my exam

Due to bad weather the internet speed was not there and I lost my attempt to give the exam. It was scheduled for today 14th Sept 7:15 IST but it didn't passed the internet speed. Could you please help me to reschedule the exam.

What next i need to do for this ?
