Cannot set Outlook Calendar Users as Owner or Reviewer

Hello,

I created a shared calendar for my team and populated it with everyone's meetings. I did this so we can all see what client meetings everyone else has. The problem is that my color-coordination is only visible to me, and not to the team members. After doing some googling, it seems that if everyone else is set as "reviewer" or "owner", then they could see my categories. However, there is no option for met to set anyone as anything above "editor" ! I am very confused because elsewhere people show the same window with more options.

Thank You!

    Hi @Jacob Margolis ,

It seems that you are using new Outlook 365 desktop client version so "Permission Level" setting doesn't existed in new version.
That's the expected behavior now. If you want "custom" levels, use PowerShell. Or use a reg key to bring back the old dialog: Restore Outlook's Classic Permissions Dialog
(Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.)

Besides, as a workaround, go to OWA, Under Calendars, right-click the calendar you want to update sharing settings for, and select Sharing and permissions.

When other people open the shared calendar in outlook, they can see all views include categories like the screenshot
