    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

According to the error message and your dump file, seems this issue is caused by hardware malfunction, especially CPU etc. And since you have already re-installed the system, then it may not related to the system itself.
    Bug Check 0x80: NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-0x80--nmi-hardware-failure
The image name GenuineIntel points to Genuine Intel CPU. It is suggested that you contact the computer hardware manufacturer for hardware diagnosis and support.
    Good luck!

    Best regards,
    Molly
