How to fix 1000 Application Error

Question

Hi Team,
I'm using smtp virtual server of Windows Server 2019 Datacenter to send emails to active directory users.
But I got 1000 Application Error. So I tried the three troubleshooting guides(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/473075/event-log-id-1000-application-error-occurs.html), but there were no corrupted system files, a crashed application, or outdated Windows like below.

I attached mmc.exe.config and the details of 1000 Application Error. I wanna know if there is any problem with mmc.exe in the version of 10.0.17763.1697. Also, this answer(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/76476/appcrash-mmcexe-gpoadmindll-event-1001.html) said trying to reinstall mmc.exe. I currently run this windows ec2 instance as an Active Directory. If I reinstall it, is there any system impact?

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to MMC

1. Please try to Remove RSAT and again Install it again.
2. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
3. Please try to Reinstall Application of smtp virtual server
